The Project ~ Tumwater Reserve

Right here... you are in a wonderful place. Look around and take it all in.  This is Tumwater at Pete’s Mountain, a fully fenced and gated community.

The collection of luxury home lots were plotted to make the most of this pristine place, nestled against rows of promising Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapevines.  Elegance abounds on these grounds. Tumwater at Pete’s Mountain was pleased to host the 2016 NW Natural Street of Dreams® in partnership with the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Portland from July 30 - August 28.  This show of custom built homes is always an exciting time and a highlight of the summer.

For the developers with less than a year from signing on to hosting the event, this was crunch time.

The public had first access to our special place starting in July for the 2016 NW Natural Street of Dreams show, which lasted through August.  Our 23-acres of vineyard, Barrel House wine tasting room, stocked trout pond and unbeatable views of Mt. Hood are now open for wine tasting, events, parties and meetings.  Come and taste!
